2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a confirmed defect, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

We cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required for a confirmed product defect or our fulfillment error. Your applicable consumer rights remain available.
